Our Story
The idea of the Blacknose Beer was brought to us by Ruedi Julen a blacknose shepherd and hotel owner. He asked us if we could put some of the hay of the blacknose sheep into the brewing process. We tried several things and ended up to add a hay tea at the end when we are dryhopping. His nephew is running the Tradition Julen hotel group in Zermatt and loved our idea. So we found our first customer within days. Additionally we got a huge support in our crowdfunding campaign on Wemakeit.
Blacknose Beer is proudly brewed in a cooperation with Kornhausbräu from Rorschach. You can order through this website 24 bottles (CHF 89.80 incl. VAT and shipment) or 48 bottles (CHF 168.90 incl. VAT and shipment).
